I come here regularly to have my lashes done and cannot praise them enough. Kasia always takes her time and does them to perfection! Would highly recommend their services :)

Update ( 21st November 2022) I have just had my 3rd session of waxing at VSL Nail and Beauty and considering I'm a newbie at the waxing side of things, the professionalism and whole experience at the salon is outstanding. The end to end experience is great from the moment you arrive at the location to the moment you leave. I could not recommend Vanessa and her team enough. Excellent service at VSL Nail and Beauty Salon. This was my first time to VSL following a recommendation. Kasia did a fabulous job and made me feel super comfortable. Impeccable customer service skills. The salon itself is lovely and really comfortable and welcoming. So nice to find this little gem on my door step. Thanks ! Rachel

I was organising my best friend’s 40th birthday Spa experience and decided to book at VSL instead of heading to a regular spa. We are all so glad we did! Birthday girl was blown away with the experience -a whole day, at a venue exclusively for her. The venue is spotlessly clean, so many little details have been thought about. The welcome and service were perfect. Everyone loved their treatments and the food was fab! For me as the party planner, I had great Comms with Vanessa, all easy and clear and she made sure everything was planned well in advance so the day went smoothly. We want to come back in the spring as the garden is beautiful too. If you’re thinking of booking then do, I don’t think anyone would regret it.

I don't usually post reviews but VSL Nail & Beauty Salon deserves the best review ever. I have been going to have my manicure and pedicure done for the last few months and every time I go I feel so relaxed and looked after by Vanessa and her team. I would highly recommend Kasia as she is so precise in her work that for the first time in my life I don't need to redo my nails at home as they are perfectly done. The atmosphere at the Salon is so relaxing that you feel like at home while having a great chat with Kasia. I will definitely be going back. This place is a real gem 💎

I Just wanted to say how amazing my lashes are, i got them applied for my holiday and they lasted all holiday even with swimming and in the heat !! i have just had the infills in today and they are looking fabulous again. Such a lovely, tranquil spa! I treated myself to a full body scrub and massage - heaven. The staff are so friendly, the place is immaculate. I’ll be going back soon!

Always a wonderful experience and great treatments at VSL

I wasn't happy with my brows & wanted to change the shape & have them tinted. A friend recommended VSL Nail & Beauty Salon. I've now been going to VSL over the last few months and what a gem it is! Vanessa & her team are always so warm & welcoming. Vanessa explained step by step everything she was doing including changing the shape of my brows to suit me. I've never been so happy with the change of shape & tint was perfect. Love my new brows! Thanks Vanessa. Today I was back for a gel manicure with Chelsea. It wasn't made easy for Chelsea as my nails were very short & a little broken. With the weather change too, my hands have been a little sore. Step in Chelsea, and my hands have been rejuvenated with beautiful shaped looking nails, really pleased!! Thank you Chelsea. Would highly recommend VSL, Vanessa and her team are so lovely, can't wait for my next visit 💞

Wonderful salon and spa. Went for a spa day with friends as a birthday treat. The service by Vanessa and her team was perfect throughout. They use good products and the treatments were very well done. Totally professional. They bring regular drinks throughout the day and served the most amazing breakfast and afternoon tea. Attention to detail was there in every corner. This salon/spa is small and intimate. We had it to ourselves with a lovely garden area, swimming pool, relaxation seating and sauna. I would thoroughly recommend this hidden gem.

I went to vsl kingswood for a very special day celebrating a friends special birthday. Vanessa and her team made us feel so welcome from the beginning. The spa is beautifully appointed, very luxurious touches like the beautiful crockery, quality food and tea and coffee. Happily ensconced in big fluffy robes and slippers, we had the most relaxing day, dipping on and out of the pool, having treatments and eating delicious food. Cannot praise this place more
