Vanessa Buhagiar

After a varied career history in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Estate Agent, Receptionist and then PA to a General Manager, I started my career in beauty in 2010 and immediately knew I had found my niche.
I have built my business over the past 13 years from carrying out eyelash extensions at the end of a sofa at my childhood family home at Epsom Downs, through to several property moves with dedicated treatment rooms and working at a Hairdressing salon in Sheen near Richmond, Surrey.
My vision was to create a friendly, warm and welcoming environment which makes my clients feel special and is hassle free. From where to park through to removing any anxiety about visiting a new salon for the first time.
I have had the opportunity to carry out treatments on some amazing individuals which include celebrities, however please don’t ask questions about who, as I have signed NDA’s!
I specialise in Intimate waxing and have a regular loyal client base, who I have been waxing for over 10 years.
I have now combined the experience and knowledge that I obtained during my hotel and hospitality career and create a new combined experience named ‘VSL Urban Retreat Spa Days”
I look forward to hosting you and your group at a Spa Experience as I am passionate about delivering a first class customer experience.

Roseanne Palmer

I have worked in the beauty industry for over 10 years, I started my journey at Nescot College where I achieved my NVQ qualifications. I then went on to complete further specialisms and qualifications in Full Body Massage, Eyelash Extensions, Gel Nails,  Spray Tanning. I have also completed a Make Up Masterclass including Celebrity contour and bridal make up.  I gained a huge amount of retail experience working in beauty salons and wholesalers whilst building my own well established client base.

I love being a beauty therapist as there is no better feeling than making people feel great after a relaxing massage or refreshing facial and the smile I get when they look in the mirror after I have applied a set of lashes is priceless.

I am excited to work with Vanessa at VSL Nail & Beauty Salon and the Spa Day Experiences are so personal and special ,we work really well together to give that ultimate client experience.

Dr Rhys Beynon

Dr Rhys Beynon is a GMC registered aesthetic doctor. He has been qualified as a doctor for nearly 20 years.  His background is in Surgery and Emergency Medicine and has always been passionate about aesthetic medicine. He has always had an artistic eye and working as an aesthetic practitioner allows him to unite his love for science and art.

You may recognise Dr Rhys from Channel 4’s Reality Documentary “24 Hours in A&E”.

Dr Rhys says that there is nothing more valuable than the trust he inspires in his patients. It is his innate understanding of the client as an individual that underpins Dr Rhys’s unique approach.

Dr Rhys encompasses, a psychological, aesthetic and anatomical assessment to find the ideal treatment for you.  It’s a tailored approach that makes for the best result.
